Familiar and fairly clean hotel, sincere staff and easy location. The breakfast was plentiful, they offered cheese, pastries, meats, slices of fresh bread and yogurt. It was near the public beach. The beach nearby was nice and the view was awesome...

Facilities were modern, nevertheless Wi-Fi was weak.

The weather was pleasant, had such great stay. The room I booked was cleaned and available with the heater as well as a pretty view. Amazing service and outstanding value.

It's wonderful base for visiting some must see attractions in Ruidoso. Appreciated the continental breakfast. All in all, good value.
